This mindful stargazing evening invites you to reconnect with a sense of wonder, shifting from simply observing the Universe to feeling part of it through an immersive, experiential approach. Guided by Mark Westmoquette, the session blends science, mindfulness, and gentle movement, beginning with an indoor cosmic body scan and visual journey through the life of stars.
Outdoors, you’ll be guided to open your senses to the night sky as it is, with practices such as Cosmic Qigong and, if conditions allow, a relaxed exploration of constellations and their stories, ending with quiet reflection and shared insights.
