At Old Bidlake, we offer eight spacious pitches, outstanding facilities, and the warmest of welcomes, all set within our 8.5-acre smallholding in the spectacular Dorset National Landscape of Marshwood Vale. Just 15 minutes from the Jurassic Coast and its beautiful beaches, it’s an ideal base for exploring this remarkable area.
We aim to tread as lightly as possible on the land, allowing the natural beauty of the landscape to take centre stage. In keeping with this philosophy, we don’t provide hot tubs or electric hook-ups. Instead, we keep lighting to a minimum—just a gentle scattering of solar fairy lights—so that, as night falls, the skies come alive.
With exceptionally dark, unspoilt skies, Old Bidlake offers a truly magical stargazing experience—where the Milky Way stretches overhead and the quiet of the countryside surrounds you.
