Join the team from Adventures for the Soul and guest teacher Mark Westmoquette on this eye-opening and awe-inspiring event. Enjoy a grounded yoga and qigong session, followed by a night nature walk that will invigorate your senses.
Then be guided on a mindful stargazing experience by Mark (a former astrophysicist-come-Zen teacher) to embrace the beautiful skies above the North York Moors Dark Sky Reserve.
Food and hot drinks included. Booking required.
This event takes place as part of the North York Moors Dark Sky Festival 2022.
