Join Fordingbridge Astronomers at Knowlton Observatory to witness an impressive lunar eclipse in the early hours of Friday 28 August. The observatory will open from 3:00am, giving visitors the opportunity to observe and photograph the eclipse as Earth’s shadow passes across the Moon.
Astronomers will be on hand throughout the event to explain what’s happening and help you make the most of this fascinating celestial spectacle. Attendance is by prior arrangement, and the event is weather permitting.
