Stargazing in South West England

There are plenty of star-studded dark skies in South East England. The rolling countryside benefits open horizons and sweeping skies, perfect for spotting meteors and the Milky Way.

Of particular interest is the South Downs National Park, an International Dark Sky Reserve, where light pollution is minimal and star-shine at a maximum.
