Enjoy Weardale’s dark skies on Wednesday 22 October, 5.30pm to 8.30pm. The experience starts at Stanhope Station with exciting space themed activities for all the family, this will be followed by a train ride, leaving at 6pm. At a unique location you will disembark and enjoy stargazing using telescopes and while listening to experts from the Bishop Auckland Astronomical Society.
This event takes place as part of the North Pennines Stargazing Festival 2025.
