Enjoy a peaceful and restorative experience in a stargazer tent at Hungry Hill Meadow in the North Norfolk countryside, where guests are invited to unwind with a gentle sound bath surrounded by nature.
The session begins with a short guided meditation and flows into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of Tibetan, crystal, and alchemy singing bowls, designed to promote calm and balance.
Afterwards, participants can relax with a hot drink and cake, and, weather permitting, sit outside to watch the sky, with the option to bring a chair for added comfort.
