Enjoy a special evening in the Deer Park at Petworth House and Park, with the opportunity to experience the landscape after dark and discover more about the wildlife that emerges at night.
The event will explore the habits and habitats of bats, owls, and other nocturnal species that call the park home, while also offering the chance to observe the night sky from a dark-sky location. Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket and relax beneath the stars as they learn more about the natural world after sunset.
Weather permitting, there may also be an opportunity to observe a meteor shower before 10pm, adding an extra highlight to an evening of wildlife and stargazing.
