Night Sky Photography at the Observatory Science Centre
Sunday 24th April 2022 from 10:30am to 16:00pm
The Observatory Science Centre
Herstmonceux, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 1RN
This course is aimed at beginners in night sky photography but assumes competence with your own camera equipment.
The morning session will teach the basics of imaging the night sky and the Milky Way, followed by an introduction to using a portable tracker to get an even better night sky image.
The course includes a light lunch. After lunch, the afternoon session starts with a fascinating session on time-lapse night sky photography, followed by how to image the moon and shoot by moonlight.
Delegates will be able to view a portable tracker and John’s (the course tutor) personal camera equipment that he uses to take most of his Astro images.
Please note that this has already taken place on 24/04/2022
