This atmospheric evening at Malham combines mindfulness, wellbeing and the restorative experience of spending time in nature after dark. Guided by Fabian, a specialist mountain leader and dark skies enthusiast, you’ll slow down and reconnect with your surroundings through sensory exploration, quiet reflection and moments of awe beneath the night sky.
Along the way, you’ll experience the mystery and folklore of Malham, discover more about its geology and our place in the Cosmos, and even experience short sections of walking without torchlight. Clear skies are not essential, with cloud and mist adding their own sense of atmosphere and tranquillity to this mindful nighttime adventure.
