The Isle of Coll has been designated a ‘dark sky island’, with there being no street lights pretty much the whole island is as dark as it gets. As mentioend on the Dark Sky Coll website this is a suitable location with car parking.

Isle of Coll - Cliad Football Pitch is a Dark Sky Discovery Site, an officially recognised place where anyone can stargaze. Most such locations have overnight parking (sometimes with a fee); however, many do not allow overnight camping. There may or may not be toilet facilities.
