As part of the Southport Heritage Open Days festival, Hesketh Park Observatory will be open to visitors for three days thanks to the support of the Southport Astronomical Society. This is a rare chance to explore the Grade II listed observatory and see its impressive 19th-century telescope up close. Perfect for anyone interested in local heritage, astronomy, or historic architecture.
