Join astronomer and mindfulness teacher Mark Westmoquette for an immersive evening of mindful stargazing, exploring our connection to the cosmos through science, meditation, and reflection. The experience includes a cosmic body scan, inspiring imagery of the Universe, and outdoor sky observation with guided constellation storytelling if conditions permit.
