Astrophotography at Dornoch Station Hotel
Friday 2nd October 2026 from 19:00pm to 21:00pm
Dornoch Station Hotel
Grange Road, Dornoch, Sutherland, IV25 3LF, Scotland
Join Andrew Allan of Scotland’s Night Sky for a small-group astrophotography workshop beneath the dark Highland skies of Dornoch. Beginning at 7pm with an introduction to photographing the night sky, you’ll learn how to read the conditions, set up your camera and capture the stars before heading to Dornoch Beach for practical, one-to-one guidance.
Bring your own camera and enjoy plenty of hands-on tuition, with telescopes also available for closer views of the night sky.
