Dark Night Skies Cranborne Chase National Landscape

The International Dark Sky Association awarded Cranborne Chase National Landscape International Dark Sky Reserve status in 2019 in recognition of low levels of light pollution and excellent night sky conditions above the region. The AONB organise stargazing events in collaboration with local astronomy groups and an annual stargazing festival.
