Dark Night Skies Cranborne Chase AONB

The International Dark Sky Association awarded Cranbourne Chase AONB International Dark Sky Reserve status in 2019 in recognition of low levels of light pollution and excellent night sky conditions above the region. The AONB organise stargazing events in collaboration with local astronomy groups and an annual stargazing festival.
