Formed in 1980, the Bolton Astronomical Society brings together astronomy enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to long-standing hobbyists. The society now meets online via Zoom, holding Tuesday evening meetings on the first and third weeks from September to May, and on the first week of June, July, and August.
