Aberdeen Astronomical Society

The Aberdeen Astronomical Society meet on the second Tuesday of each month during term time. Sessions are hosted online and in the Stevenson Lecture Theatre at Robert Gordon College and include a presentation by a Society member or guest speaker. Please contact the Society if you would like to join them.

Aberdeen Astronomical Society holds informal observing evenings on the fourth Tuesday of each month throughout the year (except for December). If you want to try out a few telescopes or learn how to get the most out of your model, these are the evenings for you.

AAS members are also on hand to point out features of the night sky. The event reverts indoors if the skies are cloudy. Members of the public are welcome...
