Located on the grounds of the Trinity School in Carlisle the observatory is home to a 16″ reflecting telescope. It was once the home of the Border Astronomical Society, who organised regular public events at the locatoin, however this organisation has now ceased to exist since the sad passing of local astronomer, David Ramshaw. Please contact the school with any enquiries. This page will be updated when there is news.
