Surrounded by wildlife and miles of scenic walks and rides around the reservoir, it’s an ideal base for outdoor adventures including hiking, cycling, canoeing, sailing and fishing.
Located within Europe’s largest Dark Sky Park, the cottage offers exceptional stargazing on clear nights and is perfectly placed for visits to Kielder Observatory and its year-round astronomical events. It’s also within easy reach of Bellingham, Hadrian’s Wall Country and the beautiful Northumberland coastline.
Inside, the cottage is tastefully decorated with a cosy lounge and wood burner, a bright sunroom dining area overlooking the garden, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There are two comfortable bedrooms (one king-size and one twin), a family bathroom, and a separate utility area with additional WC.
Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed patio garden for outdoor dining, a rear lawn, a lockable bike shed, and off-road parking for two cars.
