Join Open Cambridge for a tour of the Mullard Radio Astronomy Observatory at Lord’s Bridge near Barton. The tour will start with a 15 minute introduction at the Station House followed by a trip around the site with a stop at each location.
On the tour, you’ll be taken around the site and learn more about the radio telescopes on the site including the One-Mile Telescope, 5-km Ryle Telescope, and the Arcminute Microkelvin Imager. You’ll also see inside some of the control rooms and learn about the unique history of the site and some of the important discoveries made here.
