Lon Lodges, set under the fabulous dark skies of mid-Wales, are thrilled to announce the launch of their new stargazing weekend experiences! These events are designed to help you reconnect with the natural world and discover the wonders of the night sky. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned stargazer, there’s something for everyone.
Join award-winning astrophotographer Dafydd Wyn Morgan for a guided night photography session. Learn how to capture the Milky Way, constellations, and more in one of the UK’s best stargazing locations! Whether you’re using a professional camera or just starting out, Dafydd will help you get the most from your night-sky shots.
Take a tour of the stars with a telescope or learn how to navigate the constellations with the naked eye in guided stargazing sessions. A relaxed, educational experience that brings the cosmos closer than ever!
Ride into the sunset and beyond on a night-time astro-cycling adventure through the Elan Valley. Led by expert guide Pippa Boss, with fascinating sky insights from Dafydd Wyn Morgan.
