Sedbergh will be hosting a special talk, ‘Saving our Night Skies’ by Friends of the Lake District’s Dark Skies Project Officer, Jack Ellerby.
This free event takes place at The People’s Hall in Sedbergh on Tuesday 22nd February from 7.30 pm – 9 pm. You can come along on the night or watch at a later date via YouTube.
Jack will discuss the value of dark skies and the growing problems caused by the impacts of light pollution on wildlife, the environment, and people.
