Come join us on Monday, October 20th, 2025 at 8:30 PM in Tomintoul for an evening of meteor spotting and stargazing in Tomintoul & Glenlivet Cairngorms Dark Sky Park.
This year’s Orionid peak promises excellent viewing conditions, with the shower coinciding with a New Moon. The meteor shower, active from October 2nd to November 7th.
The Orionids are considered particularly special as they originate from Comet 1P/Halley – better known as Halley’s Comet.
