Norfolk Coast Dark Skies Festival Launch Event

This event launches the 2021 Norfolk Coast AONB Dark Skies Festival, which runs until 10th October. James Wild MP will join us to officially open the festival, which this year has a theme of nature and dark skies – how wildlife in particular use the dark and are impacted by light pollution.

Also included is a tour of the skies talk by John Craythorne of King’s Lynn & District Astronomy Society (KLADAS). If weather permits, we also hope to do a spot of stargazing on the terrace.

Attending the event is free of charge; however, prior booking is required.
