Mindful stargazing at Bore Place
Thursday 5th March 2026 from 18:30pm to 21:30pm
Bore Place Country House and Outdoor Education Centre
Chiddingstone, Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 7AR, South East
When was the last time you really stopped to look up at the night sky?
This special evening, led by ex-astronomer turned mindfulness teacher Mark Westmoquette, blends science, mindfulness, and myth to help you feel part of the cosmos.
Expect a cosmic body scan, awe-inspiring star imagery, and time outdoors connecting with the night sky – whether clear or cloudy. If it’s clear, we’ll finish with a guided constellation tour.
