The site is open to the public 24 hours a day, but the car parks are closed at night if no events are scheduled. Car park barriers are opened during stargazing events (run in association with the Walsall Astronomical Society) to allow car-disabled access to the top of the hill and the viewpoints of the stargazing areas.
