Family evening at the Observatory Science Centre

Join the team from the Observatory Science Centre for a fabulous family afternoon/early evening event. Enjoy all the exhibits indoors and outside and immerse yourself in an ‘out of this world’ experience in a fantastic planetarium show.
All the exhibits will be available both indoors and outside plus the shop, cafe and our outdoor catering van, the Launch Box will also be open. The Launch box will be serving delicious burgers, hot dogs, falafel burgers and fries and you will be able to purchase drinks and snacks in our cafe. A portion of fries is actually included in the cost of the admission.
Although it will still be light outside you will be plunged into darkness to witness some of the most magnificent sights of our awesome night sky in a fantastic, planetarium show in either one of our magnificent domes or our inflatable dome (depending on any restrictions regarding social distancing etc).
