His works include "Mindful Thoughts for Stargazers" published in 2019, "The Mindful Universe" released in 2020, and "Stars: A Practical Guide to the Key Constellations" also published in 2020. Through his writing, Mark delves into the practical application of mindfulness in the context of stargazing and provides guidance on understanding and appreciating the key constellations.
