Dark Skies Festival Stargazing at Sutton Bank
Saturday 1st February 2025 from 19:30pm to 22:00pm
Sutton Bank Star Hub
Sutton Bank National Park Centre, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 2EX
A setting moon will leave the sky very dark and starry as we go in search of the winter constellations. We’ll embark on a voyage of discovery and also point our powerful telescopes at Jupiter and Mars. The amazing Red Planet is at its closest to the Earth for two years so get the views while you can!
To make this event truly accessible we’ve reduced ticket prices as part of the North Yorkshire Dark Sky Festival month. We want you to enjoy the stars without it costing the Earth!
This event takes place as part of the Yorkshire Dales Dark Skies Festival 2025.
Please note that this has already taken place on 01/02/2025
