Dave Eagle is an incredibly enthusiastic astronomer, author, planetarium operator and tutor who is keen on outreach and education. He gives frequent talks and presentations on astronomy and space flight to schools, social groups, youth groups and astronomical societies, indeed anyone who is interested in finding out more about the night sky!
Virtual Astronomy Club
At the beginning of the Covid pandemic and subsequent lockdown, Dave started the Virtual Astronomy Club, an online group that meets (free of charge) on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Everyone is welcome to join and it’s a great forum for beginners to ask questions and seek help, as well as enjoy a presentation on a variety of astronomical topics. Find out more.

Dave’s full-dome, audience-interactive, presenter-led planetarium shows are engaging, educational and suitable for all ages and levels of knowledge. School presentations are written to support the teacher in the classroom, with topics following the national curriculum. Find out more.
