Stargazing in Dedham Vale National Landscape

Dedham Vale National Landscape is a stunning region set between Ipswich and Colchester in a lovely corner of Suffolk and North Essex.

Campaigning to preserve and protect this region is the Dedham Vale Society who work to safeguard the special qualities that led to its designation as an Area of Outstanding Beauty.

One of their campaigns is to achieve Dark Sky Reserve status, an award granted by the International Dark Sky Association in recognition of the low levels of light pollution and the commitment to keep it that way.
