Nottingham Astronomical Society Observatory
Cottgrave, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG12 3BN
The Nottingham Astronomical Society Observatory is located on private property leased from Severn Trent Water near the village of Cotgrave in Nottinghamshire. A project to refurbish the facility started in 2021 and saw a large Schmidt Cassegrain telescope installed in the observatory dome. The group has plans to develop the site further, building a warm room and car parking facilities.
