Yorkshire Dales Dark Skies Festival 2022

The annual Yorkshire Dales Parks Dark Skies Festival in 2022 takes place from Friday, 18th February to Sunday, 6th March.

The festival, run in collaboration with the North York Moors National Park, includes various events, from night-time nature walks, wellbeing and mindfulness sessions to stargazing with astronomers and giant telescopes! Events occur at numerous venues across the national park.

It’s an excellent opportunity to visit the region officially recognised by the International Dark-Sky Association as a Dark Sky Reserve in 2020.
