Twilight to Moonlight - wellbeing for women

Join the team from Adventures for the Soul and immerse yourself in wonderful woodlands and dark skies at this historic place.
Enjoy a nature walk that will invigorate your senses and embrace the night skies above with some mindful stargazing.
Receive hot drinks and toasted marshmallows while connecting with other women around a hot fire. End the evening with a soothing, seated moonlit meditation, under cosy blankets next to the fire.
Booking required.
This event takes place as part of the North York Moors Dark Sky Festival 2022.
