The Geminids meteor shower is one of the most spectacular, with the chance of seeing streaks of light and the occasional fireball racing across the night sky. Even if clouds roll in, heading out into the dark at this time of year feels especially magical.
On this festive night walk, you’ll take in sparkling village lights below, torchlight glistening on leaves and cobwebs, and – if skies are clear – perhaps the dazzling display of the Geminids overhead. Surrounded by winter’s stillness, you’ll pause to gaze skyward, reconnect with the universe, and feel that uplifting sense of awe and wonder.
