Country Park on the outskirts of Sedgefield with excellent facilities and good dark skies. Regular venue for “Moonwatch” events run by Durham Astronomical Society.

Hardwick Park Visitors Centre is a private location and is only accessible out of normal hours for stargazing by prior arrangement or when public events are scheduled.
