Reasonable views of the overhead stars with limited horizon other than the northerly viewpoint over Bath. Easily accessible from the centre of Bath by foot, bicycle, bus, or car.
The Park is closed to cars often at night depending on local restrictions but parking just outside is feasible. Toilets on site. A popular location and so extra observers can be expected if you set up a telescope in the green space.
