Border Astronomical Society Meeting and Observing

Everyone is welcome to join the Border Astronomical Society members for this one of their regular meetings at the Trinity School Observatory in Carlisle.

These meetings occur on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from September through April. Their events timetable includes casual, informal sessions and presentations by guest speakers.

The opportunity to observe through their observatory’s large aperture 16″ reflecting telescope takes priority if the weather permits. Attending the events is free; however, a donation is welcomed, which goes towards costs and improvements.
