Why Our Lives Depend on Dark Skies with Dani Robertson
Saturday 26th October 2024 from 14:00pm to 16:30pm
Seven Fables Book Shop
7 The High Street, Dulverton, Somerset, TA22 9HB, South West England
Walk and talk with Dani Robertson, a Dark Sky Officer for Snowdonia National Park and author of All Through the Night: Why Our Lives Depend on Dark Skies.
As a society we have closed our curtains to the darkness, now Dani urges you to cast those curtains wide, step out of your front door and let the darkness pull you in.
Discover Why darkness is so important – to plants, to animals, and to ourselves – and why we must protect it all costs.
This event takes place as part of the Exmoor Dark Skies Festival 2024, running from the 18th of October to the 3rd November.
