View the planetary parade with Bagworth Stargazers
Saturday 25th January 2025 from 17:00pm to 21:00pm
Bagworth Sports Field
Bagworth, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1BJ, East Midlands
Join local astronomer Phil Crompton from the Bagworth Stargazers for an evening observing the planets using his telescope.
Phil will be on the road to the clay pigeon club at the side of the Bagworth playing fields as this gives good views to the South.
He’ll be hoping to get a glimpse of Saturn, Venus and possibly even Neptune before they follow the sun below the horizon. There there will be plenty of time to see Jupiter and Mars, and to try and find Uranus!
You are welcome to join him!
As this event is weather dependent we recommend checking the Bagworth Stargazers facebook group for updates.
Please note that this has already taken place on 25/01/2025
