Opportunities to stargaze with binoculars and perhaps observe Saturn low on the southern horizon from the local Merkinch nature Reserve. Guiding by local astronomer Stephen Mackintosh.

Indoor talk on Saturn if sky conditions are poor so please come along anyway. Tickets for this specific event are limited to 20 due to participation of the Junior Rangers group. Future events will have a higher capacity.

Donations: Admission is free but please consider making a donation as part of your booking to help fund future events. The events are currently funded by the Merkinch Local Nature Reserve.

Midnight on the date shown is shown as a white line with sunset to the left and sunrise the next morning to the right. A black background with stars shows the best times for stargazing.
