Visit the fantastic Toothill Observatory and spend an evening with the friendly members of Solent Amateur Astronomers, observing the planets and distant objects through their large telescope.
These observing events only occur when the skies are not cloudy and are timed to coincide with no bright Moon in the sky. The dates, therefore, are subject to some change.
This event is a “primary” observing evening and will take place, weather permitting. If this event does not occur tonight, it will be rescheduled for 26th February. Please visit the Solent Amateur Astronomers website to check!
No booking is required. A fee of £5 is charged to adults and 50p per child, the proceeds of which go towards running the facility. Clear skies!
