Join experienced astronomers Richard Darn and Rob Ince for a weekend under the wonderful dark skies above Kielder Campsite and at the very heart of the Northumberland International Dark Sky Park.
This event is open to everyone no matter their level of experience and is ideal for beginners. Telescopes will be provided along with expert guidance, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment too including cameras with tripods with which you’ll be able to take stunning photographs of the Milky Way.
There’ll also be astronomically themed talks and solar observing through the day. If you’ve never experienced a truly dark sky site this is by far the best opportunity you can get!
