Join local astronomer Neill Sanders from Go Stargazing on 30 October 6:30pm to 8:30pm for a laser-guided tour of the night skies above the North Pennines at the wonderful location of Birk Hatt Farm in Baldersdale.
Learn your way around the constellations and enjoy incredible views of the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn through a large telescope (weather permitting).
Following the stargazing session and a break for hot chocolate, we will be joined by Malcolm Green a local storyteller.
This event is aimed at children aged seven and above. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No dogs please. Wrap up warm. Unfortunately this event is not wheelchair accessible.
