Learn more about the wonders of the night sky in an evening of stargazing with Bishop Auckland Astronomical Society.
Meet members of the Society and learn the basics of the science of astronomy. Need help setting up your own telescope? Bring it along and the knowledgeable astronomers will show you how to get started.
Also, get creative with a host of space inspired self-led family learning activities and use high-powered telescopes to study the sky above if weather permits.
This is a free event however tickets must be booked in advance via the Locomotion website.
