Horsley, Rochester, NE19 1TA
Enjoy a weekend exploring the fantastic dark skies above the Northumberland Dark Sky Park with experienced astronomer Richard Darn. This event has been timed to coincide near the peak of the annual Geminids meteor shower, a reliable shower and arguably the best! The Redesdale Arms, being away from light pollution, is the perfect location to witness such a spectacle. Each evening there will be a colourful presentation aimed at beginners as well as the use of telescopes. Stay for one night, or two, or just attend the stargazing event. Early booking advised as these events are always incredibly popular!
