Stargazing under the Dark Skies of Northern Scotland
Sunday 24th September 2023 from 19:15pm to 22:00pm
RSPB Forsinard
A897, Forsinard, Sutherland, KW13 6YT
Join the friendly astronomers from the Caithness Astronomy Group at RSPB Forsinard for this free public stargazing event. A presentation at the RSPB Field Centre will illustrate what can be seen in the night sky from dark locations such as those in the far north of Scotland. Then, weather permitting, there will be the opportunity to look through CAG telescopes and join a guided night sky tour from the Observation Tower. Bring a torch and warm clothing.
Please note that this has already taken place on 24/09/2023
