Simonstone, Hawes, DL8 3LY, Yorkshire and The Humber
Join experienced astronomer Richard Darn for an evening of great food and stargazing from the terrace of the Simonstone Hall Hotel. Explore the dark skies above the Yorkshire Dales with powerful telescopes and, weather permitting, see the planets Jupiter and Venus up close along with sparkling star clusters and distant galaxies. This event is taking place as part of the National Parks Dark Skies Festival 2019.
