This two-hour stargazing experience with telescopes will take you on a fascinating guided tour of the spring night sky, pinpointing some of the brighter stars, familiar and unfamiliar constellations, myths and legends of the stars, the Crescent moon and much more. Dr John Mason MBE’s ‘living planetarium’ night-time tour uses the entire night sky as an outdoor star theatre.
Cowdray lies within the South Downs National Park, an International Dark Sky Reserve, the perfect place to hear more of what takes place in the skies and view the stars.
We recommend bringing binoculars (if you have them), wrapping up warm and wearing sensible footwear. In addition, the farm shop staff will serve hot drinks during the experience.
