Explore the incredible dark skies above Wittenham Clumps and take in the universe’s wonders at our stargazing event led by the friendly and enthusiastic team of astronomers from the Newbury Astronomical Society.
Using the society’s telescopes, the team will help you look deep into space to view an array of stunning objects such as star clusters, planets, galaxies, and nebulae. Our rural location at Wittenham Clumps is excellent for stargazing, away from the light pollution of towns and cities.
Learn about asterisms, and constellations, how to navigate the night sky and identify objects, plus get tips and tricks from experienced astronomers.
